    With the introduction of C2C, we have taken project logistics software to the next level. C2C contains all the knowledge we have collected over the years and is built with an easy to use web interface. It was also developed to enable every party in the project supply chain to have visibility to the material. Whether you are a large energy company who needs to have material sent around the globe, a project 3PL who needs a better way to manage project freight and or other materials, or a project manager whose success partly depends on the material being at the project site at the right time, C2C was built for you.

     

    An ever evolving SaaS (Software as a Service) offering, C2C is continually updated with new features and capabilities to meet changing customer needs and industry requirements.

    C2C Vendor Portal

    The C2C Vendor Portal actively involves a critical partner into the beginning of the supply chain being the manufacturer or initial distributor. This business partner is the most qualified to identify the items before being labeled and shipped. They can upload from their ERP system and/or log into the C2C Vendor Portal and print a label right in their office and identify the shipment method, carrier, weight and dimensions if required. Most importantly, they enter the number of boxes, containers and all of the line items contained therein. They can also reference engineering drawings and other key reference data that may need to be associated with each piece.

    The benefits for the manufacturer are considerable. The C2C Vendor Portal helps manufacturers and suppliers resolve disputes over received material and its condition resulting in faster payment.

    C2C Materials Management Suite (MMS)

    The C2C Materials Management Suite serves as the core of the C2C solutions. Typically, the Third Party Logistics (3PL) Provider uses the C2C MMS to manage their customers materials and warehouses accessing other modules based upon their needs. C2C MMS can track each piece of material at the line item and sub line item level and manage over-packing up to eight levels deep as well as its location within your warehouse. With fully configurable process controls of materials C2C gives each facility the ability to operate in a manner best serving the needs of the customer.

    Shippers Portal (Included w/ MMS)

    The C2C MMS Shippers Portal was designed specifically to give shippers full visibility for every line item of every purchase order. Not just the ability to view and query the status of the material but full interaction to include: Directing Material Release to Packs, Delaying and Redirecting Shipments.

    Expediting Module (Included w/ MMS)

    The C2C MMS Expediting Module gives expeditors and project managers a single place to access all expected shipments. With participation by vendors you can see this information as soon as it leaves their dock. The Expediting Module enables you to track, prioritize and follow up on shipments while being able to drill down to the line item and sub line item level on the PO. You can make comments and can note the expected shipment dates and can run score card type reports on past OS&Ds by vendor. You can set your views to look at shipments by any date range and exception report on those past due.

    C2C Mobile (Included w/ MMS)

    C2C Mobile is an Android Smartphone, Tablet & Handheld App that allows C2C users to manage all types of material from the palm of your hand with Barcode, RFID and GPS Enhanced Material locating!     The C2C Job Site Portal allows you to electronically receive all your material from your 3PL, download all coded material into your inventory system and accounting system to compare against your purchase orders and invoices for an automated three way match.

    C2C Site Materials Management System

    Beyond simple proof of delivery at the job site the C2C Site Materials Management System acts like a warehouse management system for your job site maintaining a constant chain of control. With the material already coded by your vendor or freight forwarder you can simply scan it for receipt and then place the new designated storage area into your handheld. Since it is coded by all containers you can place the whole skid in a container with one entry number and know months later exactly where to find all sub components when you need them. You can issue to work crews and they can reference the relative drawings for those pieces and can return anything not used back into inventory. RFID tag numbers can be stored as location designators and can tie in critical information regarding the asset.
